By using glampingguide.co.uk you accept these terms. If you don't accept them, please don't use the site. These terms were last updated on 25 July 2026 and are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

What this site is — and isn't

Glamping Guide is an independent editorial website about glamping accommodation in Wales. That's the whole of it. Specifically:

• We are not a booking agent. We cannot make, change or cancel a reservation.
• We are not a travel agency and we hold no ABTA or ATOL protection, because we sell nothing.
• We do not own or operate any glamping site mentioned on this website.
• We have no commercial relationship with the sites we write about unless we say otherwise on the page.

Any contract you enter into is between you and the accommodation provider. Their terms, deposit policy and cancellation rules apply, not ours.

Accuracy of information

We work to keep this site accurate and current, but we can't guarantee it. In particular:

• Prices are indicative ranges, not quotes. They're compiled from published rates and they move with season, demand and time. Always check the current price with the site.
• Facilities change. A hot tub described here may have been removed. A site described as dog friendly may have changed its policy.
• Sites close. Small glamping operations open and shut regularly.
• Opening seasons vary year to year, particularly for canvas accommodation.

Verify anything that matters directly with the accommodation provider before you book or travel.

Editorial independence

We don't accept payment for coverage, placement or positive reviews. We don't sell links. Where we describe a specific site, we're summarising what it publicly offers and what guests publicly report. We haven't stayed at every site mentioned, and we don't claim to have.

If that changes — if we ever accept sponsored content or affiliate arrangements — it will be labelled clearly on the page in question.

External links

This site links to third-party websites including national park authorities, Natural Resources Wales, Visit Wales, booking platforms and accommodation providers. These links are provided for your convenience and carry a nofollow attribute.

We have no control over the content, availability or practices of external sites and accept no responsibility for them. A link is not an endorsement.

Intellectual property

The text, layout, design and original photography on this site are our property or used with permission, and are protected by copyright.

• You may read, print and share pages for personal, non-commercial use
• You may quote short extracts with clear attribution and a link back
• You may not republish substantial portions, scrape the site systematically, or use the content to train commercial models without written permission
• You may not present our content as your own

Site names, trade marks and brand names mentioned in our editorial belong to their respective owners and are used descriptively.

Acceptable use

• Any dispute between you and an accommodation provider
• Any loss arising from a site being unavailable, closed, or different from its description

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Safety in the outdoors

Several pages here mention hill walking, coasteering, wild swimming, tidal causeways and mountain routes. Those activities carry real risk, and Welsh conditions change fast. Nothing on this site is a substitute for proper preparation, current weather and tide information, or professional instruction. Check the Met Office mountain forecast, respect tide tables, and turn back when it makes sense to.

Changes to the site and these terms

We may update, alter or withdraw any part of this site without notice, and we may revise these terms at any time. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
